
Ingredients :
- 6 cups Mushroms, sliced and blanched
- 1 cup Cooked bamboo shoot, cut to strips
- 1 cup Crispy fired bacon strips
- 1/2 cup Onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 tbs. Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbs. Paprika
- 1/4 cup Celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup Fish gravy
- 2 tbs. Vinegar
- 2 tbs. Sugar
Directions :
- Toss all ingredients together.
- Serve on lettuce bed.
